Hello,

those screenshots show that the eduroam settings were correctly
/installed/. It does not show whether you actually ever authenticated
and got online with them.

The settings you downloaded are specifically for one faculty of this
university:

Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa

Can you double-check if you have an account *at that faculty*?

If you do, you will need to contact your faculty's help desk. Only they
can tell you what your username and password for eduroam is.
