We don't know; it is a server run by RENATA. I only made an educated
guess from seeing the structure of the CA/server cert pair.

This is a support list for eduroam CAT. eduroam CAT can tell you about
deficiencies in your CA/server certs. That's what I responded to, and my
advice was to use the CA generation scripts that come with the latest
FreeRADIUS 3.

What RENATA use as their actual RADIUS server software is their own
decision.

As a personal opinion, since FreeRADIUS 2 is pretty much dead these
days, using 3 looks like a useful approach. At least use the *very
latest* 2.x version to avoid being caught by incompatibilities or
security vulnerabilities.
