Dear Sir,

 

I am a student of Liverpool John Moores University, student number 779864.

 

I have been using eduroam services for over a month at the university but am currently logged out for the past 2-3weeks and the college technical team is unable to assist me im fixing the problem.

 

I have looked online for support but am unable to find any, kindly provide instructions for the same,i seem to be missing the wifi certificate and am unable to identify the correct one.The eduroam website too doesn't have a setup for windows mobile phones (just the windows pc version)

 

I am using a Microsoft Lumia 950XL, running Windows 10 Mobile Operating system.
