My name is Jean-David Charron, I am a student at Université Laval in Québec and I always use Eduroam to connect myself to the internet.

I am currently at École de Technologie Supérieur in Montréal for a couple of month and I've used the Eduroam connection there also. But for about a week I've not been able to connect myself to the Wi-Fi with my credential from Université Laval. I'm resolved to use a wire to get internet on my computer at the moment.

Your help will be greatly appreciated
