Well you are giving the *answer* yourself in the post *above*: a
downgrade to TLS 1.0 is *bad* practice security-wise. The Microsoft *KB*
article also states that the *recommended* way of fixing is to *upgrade*
the server; and that the registry patch is only a *temporary workaround*.
