Sor far, this is exactly correct and the behaviour is the expected one:
the device tells you *nothing*.

Well, this part isn't :-) The network should magically show up in
network config after the invisible import has done its part.

Unfortunately, even if the imported file is broken, it will also not
raise an error message, which makes debugging hard.

So I suspect your config file may have been generated incorrectly. Given
that I have only one Chromebook and our own inst settings to test with,
that's not very surprising even. That said, the Chrome OS module
meanwhile has 7.359 end-user downloads and they didn't all complain, so
"something" must be working :-)

Can you let me know the download link to the profile in question so I
can take a look at the file?
