If there is sufficient Wi-Fi or mobile network location information, it 
should work in that mode.
The new beta now has GeoIP localisation also. It would be interesting if this 
provides better results for you?

Yes, this is because you have multiple similar locations defined in 
cat.eduroam.org:

For each defined location with 30Km of your device location, it will list 
each profile. 
So hopefully this explains your scenario.
Maybe you can tidy up the locations? 
Or maybe I can remove repeated entries found nearby programmatically in the 
app?
