Hi,

There is a new beta for the android eduroamCAT app.
It now performs GeoIP localisation if LocationServices are not enabled.

You can join beta testing by visiting the following URL:

Please let me know if you test this new feature.

As this uses IP for localisation, I am interested to know how well this will
work.
My local results have been concerning.

I particularly interested to see how well this works on mobile data IP
networks.

For me, it works well over the university Wi-Fi.
But thinks I am in London for mobile data (4G), when I am not even in England.
