I dont believe it should be.  end users should be talking to their 
site/organisation.

this list should only be for site/org admins who 'use' eduroamCAT (i.e. who 
define
profiles)


..it would certainly have avoided all these emails about 'un-subscribe me!' 
we're
now getting  :/
