Hi,

Apparently, your Identity Provider (authentication service) doesn't provide attributes required to access eduroam CAT and monitoring services.
As soon as your IdP starts releasing attribute urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.10 (eduPersonTargetedID), you should be able to access CAT application.
