Hi Jaime,

thanks for spotting the problem. Stefan and Tomasz made some tests and
tracked the problem down to the "terms of reference" file, which was in
a wrong charset. The UAB administrator has already fixed your
institution problem by uploading a new file, so now it should work.

Please try downloading the installer now.
