The CAT tool supports Android from version 4.3 onwards. Versions before
that had insurmountable limitations in security and configurability.

So, your suggestion that we support Android 4.2.2 "not yet" is much
rather a "not at all".

It is up to your university to provide you with manual configuration
instructions - if they choose to support early versions of Android,
despite their security limitations.

If the instructions do not work (as seems to be the case here), there is
nothing this mailing list can do for you. You need to talk to your local
helpdesk.
