Hello,

we had to discontinue support for Windows Vista and Windows 7 under some
conditions (EAP-TTLS as only acceptable EAP type). Your university's
setup appears to be affected from this change.

There is nothing we can do to help you here. You may want to contact
your university to find out if they have a means to configure Windows 7
for you.

If you intend to upgrade your system to Windows 10: Windows 10 is not
affected, and we continue to serve installers for EAP-TTLS for that
platform. So you could just come to the download page again after you've
upgraded.
