From what I read in the limited Google Translate version of what you
wrote, this does not seem like a CAT problem as the profile apparently
installs just fine. If you cannot connect, please approach your IT
support with an exact description of the problem. They can help you
diagnose this with their own authentication logs; we have no insight
into actual authentication flows.
