  could you provide some details about the problems you are experiencing? Do you get errors during installation, or simply have problems connecting?

I'm with some errors using the installer from cat.eduroam.org when I install it on windows 8.1, all the universities uses certificates created by me,  there is any special parameter I need to configure to  windows 8.1 version ? 

I'm used Openssl  ( and tinyca as frontend ) to created the CA and openssl to sign the certificates for the realms of the Universities.
