Hello

My name is Claudio Chacon, I'm the administrator of the  proxyFTLR EC ( eduroam Ecuador) . I'm with some errors using the installer from cat.eduroam.org when I install it on windows 8.1, all the universities uses certificates created by me,  there is any special parameter I need to configure to  windows 8.1 version ? 

I'm used Openssl  ( and tinyca as frontend ) to created the CA and openssl to sign the certificates for the realms of the Universities. 

I hope you can help me .
