Hi,
 I have just run a connection test for the realm liu.se and the result is that the server certificate does not contain the BasicConstrain extension - CA:FALSE
This is incorrect and has been causing problems on Mac OS X since 10.8, so very likely it now has reappeared in iOS 8.

The admin of liu.se should reissue the server certificate with proper extensions (https://wiki.terena.org/display/H2eduroam/EAP+Server+Certificate+considerations)
