Hi Theo,
Stefan Winter will respond when he has a moment, as he is the translation guru. A lot of CAT is already translated to Dutch, so you will not have too much work.

We present the CAT-tool to all our students and staff (16000). What we miss is to choose for the Dutch language. I am willing to translate the site. If you can provide the complete list of text in english, I can translate it in contextual proper Dutch.
