eduroam can be configured on Windows Phone (with some security
drawbacks) but there is not currently a CAT module to do this in an
automated fashion.

Tests which we conducted with Windows Phone auto-enrollment features
shows that the UI is so dreadful that it is not practical to implement
this as it's throwing outright scary messages into the user's face when
he tries to enroll.
