Hi Vidar,

this could be due to Apple's autologin function:

Apple devices test on establishing a network connection if they can access
> http://www.apple.com/library/test/success.html

If this fails, the devices prompt for a "login".

Solution: Redirect requests for the page mentioned above (should be no
problem on the captive portal) to a HTML file with the following content:

<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Success</TITLE></HEAD><BODY>Success</BODY></HTML>
