Hi.

This is not directly related to Eduroam CAT, but the deployment of CAT to our
users suffers from this kind of weird problem.

We are currently struggling with a problem regarding Mac OS-X, CAT and a
captive portal.

The thing is that we have a captive portal on an SSID in our network. This
SSID is primarily there to provide the Eduroam CAT to users without a working
Eduroam configuration on their device. Eduroam CAT executables for the
different operating systems are located locally on the web server hosting the
captive portal.

But, Mac OS-X users are struggling to download the tool from the portal. It
seems that Mac OS-X does not allow anything else but web traffic in a phase
where the client is not authenticated on the captive portal. So the cannot
follow a link to for instance eduroam-MacOS-Mavericks-NTNU-N.mobileconfig.
When I try to access the same file with a Windows laptop it works perfectly.

Has anyone else experienced this?
