Hi,

Firstly, Many thanks for such an excellent tool that has reduced the burden of support for configuring Eduroam.

I would like to ask the group if there is a way to remove the “eduroam (TKIP)” from the installer and just have the one for AES?

The documentation says..

“eduroam CAT always produces two installer settings for the SSID eduroam; one for WPA/TKIP and one for WPA2/AES. The generated installers for this SSID will possibly be shown on your users' screens as "eduroam (TKIP)" even if connecting to WPA2/AES-only hotspots. When their computer chooses this profile for the connection this does NOT mean it is trying to connect via TKIP. The operating system will automatically choose WPA2/AES if that is available at the hotspot.”

I believe that any new hardware will not have the option for TKIP from January 2014,

please does anyone know if this is possible? And if so how to go about it?

Kind regards

Rory
