Actually, it turns out I was wrong about the MS version approach. 
Windows 8.1 is 6.3. Vista was 6.0, W7 - 6.1, W8 - 6.2 and now W 8.1 - 
6.3. So Microsoft made it a full new version number. I find it rather 
silly, but perhaps they had no choice.

Fortunately the installer seem to work fine, i.e its detection methods 
do no choke on 6.3.
So now we should decide how we want to treat 8.1, especially in CAT 1.1 
which will have system auto-detection.
We seem to have three options:
1. treat 8.1 as a separate system giving it a separate button
2. put 8 and 8.1 tohether, but explicitely calling the button "Windows 
8, 8.1"
3. do nothing and just leave things as they are, possibly adding some 
text in the info window saying that 8.1 is also covered.

Any opinions?
