Hi,
Since W 8.1 is just a sub-release of W8, we thought that it does not
make sense to make a separate button, but if you wind this misleading,
then perhaps we should just put 8 and 8.1 on the same button.

On my tests W8 installers work just fine on w 8.1. I hope you do not
have a proof that it does not.
