This is now working for us for Windows 8, thanks.

Now we just have to figure out the iPad/iPhone issue and we'll be set.

I have just discovered a nasty bug of the Windows 8 TTLS installer.
Turns out the installer does not install the certificates defined in the
profile. For TCS certificates this is no problem as the root certificate
is already in the system, but for local CAs this is, of course a major bug.

I will be issuing a hot-fix right away.
