Hello support team,

My name is Phillip and I am a network at York St John University.

We have been using the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool for several months with no issues, it is a very good tool. Our eduroam configuration is configured with WPA2 / AES, using PEAP MsChapv2 for authentication against Microsoft NPS radius servers.

Unfortunately, he tool no longer works with Apple devices running iOS7. I can confirm the tools built with our configuration works with devices running iOS6.

Our logs show when users install the iOS profile to their iOS device the EAP authentication fails. We can confirm that when they log into a Windows laptop, macbook or ios6 device using the configuration profiles the connection works fine.

Although this may not be a problem with the configuration tools, I was emailing to see if any other institutions have experienced problems with Apple iOS 7 devices? If you can help, I am happy to send log files if required

Kind Regards

Phillip Noret
