Well, there might actually be a problem with the CAT website itself - we
don't want people to be stranded then.

Other than that, it's the IdP's "job" to handle helpdesk expectations
for their own users. We explain that in the institution administrator's
guide to CAT, in chapter one:

Especially the sentence "eduroam CAT is not replacing your helpdesk!" :-)

That said, we could expand the "Report a problem" area for the next
release telling people that unsupported OSes or unrelated configuration
problems should be directed to the IdP directly.
