I would say that 1% of clients is about right. I would agree on the priority of Android first and continue with written support material for blackberry which is what's done today authored locally on a site by site basis for local configuration specifics.

What's your user density of blackberries? We have around 1% clients being blackberry so such support is way way lower than having Android support
