Hi,

in anticipation of the imminent inauguration of the production instance
of CAT by eduroam OT, I have finalised the first edition of

"A guide to eduroam CAT for institution administrators"

(I could barely resist calling it the _hitchhikers_ guide ...)

Please read and comment - I'm looking forward to fine-tune it with
things I may have forgotten, mispresented etc. And those of you with a
Confluence login.... you know,... it's a Wiki... nobody stops you from
