hi idr-dyanmic-cap-all team,

i'm happily announcing you all that we've just finished implementing the 
draft in question.

from now, rare/freertr is able to turn on/off an arbitrary bgp (s)afis that 
it supports.

please find attached a router of 3 networks, r1-r2-rr, where r1 turned off 
then back on an mpls-vpn (s)afi...

the code is out on the internet, you can reproduce the captures by doing the 
following:

wget freertr.org/rtr.zip
unzip rtr.zip
cd src
./c.sh
./tw.sh rout-bgp779.tst capture r1 eth1 capture r2 eth1 capture r3 bvi1



so from now, rare/freertr team is seeking for some interop partners if there 
is one....


regarding the

it's well written as usual, and was easy-peasy to implement (half a week), 
only one thing is that we noticed:

        7           CAPABILITY Message Error
"
should had written as
"
        8           CAPABILITY Message Error
"

because 7 is reserved for route-refresh codes for a while:
