hi,
freerouter implements cisco performance monitoring framework:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/iosxr/ncs5500/segment-routing/72x/b-segment-routing-cg-ncs5500-72x/configure-performance-measurement.html
here you can do two things, a manual configuration or neighbors from igps...
the control channel is not involved as being a router it's clear who to twamp
to...
maybe a simpler client or an issue at their github to support blind tests
against a cisco?
br,
cs

Hello,

I have been watching and searching and ended up discovering a twamp GUI client (http://demirten.github.io/twamp-gui/#screenshots <http://demirten.github.io/twamp-gui/#screenshots>) , it reminded me a lot about using the owamp tool for twping tests and latency checking in Geant.

However the server implemented in one of the freeRouter's is port 862
blocked, I am using the server in a separate vrf.

server twamp twamp-server
vrf BACKBONE-VRF
exit
!

~$ sudo nmap 40.40.40.27 -p 862
Starting Nmap 7.80 ( https://nmap.org <https://nmap.org> ) at 2023-02-20
19:39 -03
Nmap scan report for 40.40.40.27
Host is up (0.66s latency).

PORT STATE SERVICE
862/tcp closed twamp-control

Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 1.47 seconds

I need to open this service port in a separate vrf so I can run the tests,
how do I do it or is it possible to do it another way?

Best Regards,
