so the thing is that, yeahhh back in the days when we got the suggestion to 
have tab for names then i said that i had to walk all the 380kloc
and place some knob to have the tab everywhere, and when i announced the 
completion on the task imho i mentioned that i most probably missed
some places... so for example

alike to have it for applying routing policies to a bgp peer... the first 
null parameter is the context-sensitive possibility in the framework
so if you don't want to introduce a new common built-in like the :pl notation 
for the list of prefix-lists, then you can use something locally
generated list instead of this null to have a context sensitive list...
this particular one is not an easy hunt so i'll do it for you but for example 
making the
sho ipv4 bgp n neighbor/template xxx tabbable is imho would be a good first 
start... :)
we can say both are low hanging fruits.... :)
