Local build worked, and the on a secondary APN it worked using the binary cache.
Also, I confirm that the Local Cross Connect feature is working.

No, this only happens if either the binary cache doesn't have the pre-built packages or the cache is not reachable. I suspect the former due to the disk-full condition yesterday. In that case, I guess not all packages could be copied to the binary cache from the build host.

But the local build should have worked, at least. Just takes some time
