attaching the list...
making an rfc widespread depends on the big vendors acceptance but there are
some folks done it already... :)
regading the testing parts, freerouter can hold the demo code surely...
it's control plane is c-ist java, and the dataplenes are p4 and c...
you need to master these to have something there...
