PS: I notice you are using old Dashboard. Hopefully @Gabrile will update the 
material using new Dashboard.
       Main difference is that you’ll be able to associate a a label name to 
a prometheus target.
       Also you are looking at « sw » (software), dpdk/p4 counters will be 
visible by selecting "hw » (hardware)

All Grafana Dashboard have been Open Sourced and available here:
https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/ —> (then search freebooter)
