Obviously we need to be careful what we post to lists, if there’s NDAs on 
certain topics.

The rare-dev archive is also open:
https://lists.geant.org/sympa/arc/rare-dev/2022-08/

I’m not sure what needs to be restored?  If an email hit a list, it is 
archived.  If it was sent from someone not on the list maybe it is rejected 
or requires approval to be posted.  We should encourage people to join the 
lists if they want to discuss things on the list :)
