hi,
thanks for re-attaching the original image... so the ping/telnet syntax 
changed since that document was written,
to better conform to the "industry standard"... that is, we dropped the "/" 
from the parameters completely....
so to have the same result as you intended, please issue "ping 1.1.1.6 vrf 
v1".... anyway, the context sensitive
help (question mark or tab) should now be usable if you set the terminal 
parameters according my previous suggestion...
