wcmp was added to the todo.txt and after the the test runs, it's in the todo 
too:

until that, you can use multiple tunnels and ecmp... so if you want 1/3-2/3 
over 2 paths,
then you'll set up 3 tunnels, 1 over 1/3 path, and 2 over 2/3 path...
