hi,

from now for a week, freerouter will be signed with the old and the new 
keys... after the grace period,
only the new key will be used... it means that you a week to flash upgrade 
manually or automatically,
after that, you'll need to upgrade by hand as the flash upgrade command with 
only the old key won't
accept the new files signed with only the new keys...

from now, freerouter will be compiled with -target 9 which indicates the 
minimum jre version...
it's needed as i badly want to introduce modules in the source tree...
