Please note that this QoS feature lead to policer implementation using P4 
METER object.

Based on that, flowspec could be implemented.

Concretely this means that service like Firewall on Demand can use RARE 
as a component for mitigating DDOS based on BGP flowspec rules at P4 and 
P4-DPDK  dataplane level
