just some progress, just the vm-routeserver is missing now imho with some 
simple bgp...

also the wiki got a different url: https://dn42.dev/services/IX2.md

a bit nicer formatted but needs some auth:

we already have 3-5 vms there... so far so good, having a well separated vm is a 
lot of configs here & there...
