okk, mostly if you have anything inetrop-able?
i need sample packets or something! :)
or at least a close discussion to kickstart the implementation here!
then maybe in rare too, if it stands for after a jvm based first 
implementation and a quick testbedding...

beforehand, had to use rsvp-te tunnels if i wanted per flow counters
so your draft seems a much more elegant way to achieve these boring and 
annoying tasks... :)
