hi,
could you please upload the
https://webdownload.juniper.net/swdl/dl/secure/site/1/record/156469.html?pf=VMX
to the server?
it's a vmx22.3, and you already gave me the
junos-rift-x86-64-22.3I20221011_1290250_matthewj.tgz which seems quite
recent...
thanks,

i also prepared an interop but it's disabled for now, but i'll run it when

hi,
just a quick update: now i'm able to generate an ipv4 or ipv6
prefixtieelement and the python accepts it fine...
i'll proceed with the node/prefix-tie hitting to spf tomorrow... afterwards,
some self tests need to be written,
then the interop tests also need to be written... for that, i'll need you to
succeed with your crpd builds... :)

hi,
just a quick update: now i'm capable of sending out a tiepacket with my own
info containing the python as neighbor,
honor the response tirepacket, and i can acknowledge the tiepackets with
tirepackets... the python code nicely
accepts the tie of me with the nodetieelemet... it works just fine, the
python even relearns it's own tie after
the python was restarted... my side too... so we can say, i have the flooding
in place... now i need to create
prefixtieelement, and finally place all these together to the already
existing spf class... i'll keep you posted...:)

consume formatting e.g. XML
So it s not only the parser, it s the fact that you can carry
the schema as abstraction across languages/tools easily automating tons of

regarding the encoding, hell yeahhh, using structured, typed encoding pays
off in protocol development...

hi,
thanks, i'm in... also thanks in advance for the crpd with the rift...
do i have to add a package to it for the rift or you'll bundle it?
btw i'm progressed... now i'm parsing the tie package from bruno's
implementation and storing it in the local database properly...
i still need to acknowledge it with a tide and do the tie database
logic to have the routes finally...

check it out
there is a minimal topology for juniper rift already created in it
you will need to import the container and configure kithara to use it as image
you can trivially generate other CLOS topologies then.
Ignore flood reflection, this is one of my test envs using _kathara for the
stuff that goes RFC right now
cRPD needs a bit to build here, may be tomorrow

If not, I can compile a cRPD image for you you can run in a docker easily. I m working mostly with cRPD over _kathara, really easy to build topologies, I can invite you to git to
the toolchain on gitlab if you give me your moniker there
Yeah, the python stuff is doing weird stuff on MTU, especially when we re testing against each other. They somehow pull out MTU from lo0, I had to do some fixes on Bruno s code
after Amazon bumped up interface MTU recently
For completeness sake: Observe that you re running 1.3 which is not officially released images under our signed agreement

on older stuff however so you need updating to schema 6.0 or>>>but for now i stick to the juniper images because it uses the real port
numbers...

your ssh key is still in active at 193.224.0.41, please drop the latest image

Whatever info you need that is not clear on the spec, ping me
Which schema version do you exchange? If it s the draft-16 version you re good. Looks like you re
6.1
(it
I suggest to look at Bruno s open source implementation and how it uses my linux daemon to run automated tests. I drop you here linux package
s the same code that
goes into
cRPD compiled differently). May be easier to work with that. If not, ping me
and I get you a newer cRPD with new schema.
