just to precise a bit on this, so rare now have an afi, the 42th, it works, 
reflects, etc...

what kaliraj helped me is to have a high level design if they accept the 
draft as rfc,
then if i follow those steps then we'll have a somewhat full implementation 
of the -ct draft...

as i'm really couriers in these a-b planes, maybe i wont wait the rfc number 
this time...
