hi,
sorry for being chatty in the topic but debian decided to bump dpdk to 21.11 
so please do the upgrade once convenient,
but at this time, please do _not_ allow the scripts to (auto-)remove the 
current 20.11 packages when it'll ask you,
because i plan to compile for the old dpdk for a month or so to allow you to 
do the necessary steps manually...
(after the month, i'll use the libc battle-tested rtr-library.sh method 
described below to force-upgrade the boxes
out in the wild to not let anybody behind, but please do not depend on this 
only as a last resort!)
