Hi,

- A new getting started page has been added: "Let’s enable Polka ! »

- A new section has been added to the documentation: [Recipes]
This section is meant to encompass very small «cookbook/recipe » on how to 
configure freeRtr.
The idea here is to put everything that would help users to get on board with 
a [TL;DR] approach.

Additonal recipes will be added soon (Carmen’s has a long list of notes … )

So please stay tuned...
