hi,
you can have as many dhcp servers as you wish, but you have to bind them to a
given interface...
but there is a glich in your r1 config, namely you've set up the same subnet
on two interfaces...
one of the two simply wont get to the rib so wont work... if it's by
intention, then please take
a look at routing over bridging setups like
http://sources.freertr.org/cfg/conn-bridge01.tst
if not, please use different subnets on eth1 and eth2 on r1..

This a topology with three routers (R1, R2 and R3). R1 has two network interfaces connected to two other routers (R1@eth1 -> R2@eth1 and R1@eth2 -> R3@eth1), how do I enable the DHCP server (at the R1) to work with both network interfaces?
