Rare project developers

Hi all,

As we are starting to have a lot of feedbacks and questions, 
we felt that this is a good time to start a periodical VC in order to get 
user more familiar with RARE/freeRtr.

This will take the format of informal 1 hour VC, in which we will put the 
focus on a specific topic.
The VCs will be animated by MC36, freeRtr lead developer and myself.

So for people who already dived into RARE/freeRtr rabbit hole, this is for 
you :)
