They’ve gotten further in that the error no longer occurs, but then nothing happens after that. I quote:

The application now passes the point where you can input your institution, but nothing happens after that, it looks like the certificate does not download. But on a standard internet connection it works, so I think that it maybe we need to add more to our DNS whitelist.

Soooo, what’s the next step in the code? Is there any more CDN-based stuff happening that needs to be allowed?

Hi, This is because one more hostname was missing from a temporary proxy to fix profiles, but we removed it (since that's no longer necessary with CAT 2.0.4). Can you (have them) try again? Regards,
