I have only one comment:

Line 52: Upgrading tools is not a goal as such, it is a means. The goal is to inform on conformance, allow for testing of interop etc. Up to date tools are the way to achieve that (And hence I expected the task of updating the tools in the roadmap, but could not find it there, perhaps I overlooked)

The results were presented at the eduGAIN Assembly meeting in December 2024. Now it is time for consultation: https://wiki.geant.org/display/eduGAIN/2025+eduGAIN+Strategy+consultation

On the wiki you will find a copy of the strategy and a table where you can leave your comments and suggestions. The consultation will be open until 21 March EOB.
